Out of Sync

This transition phase of replacing Peachie for Lbs has been more difficult than I expected.  We lost to a team that took second in ESEA-IM last season. After some analysis here is what I've concluded:

-Lbs was a very demanding player. He did what he wanted, when he wanted, how he wanted so less demanding teammates conformed around his playstyle. AKA they did what they had to not what they wanted to do to appease/play off of him. With that said - Once he was gone we completely changed the way we played in A on d2 once peachie started scrimming with us. Peachie told us on the match night that he couldn't make it due to school obligations (it being finals week and all) and so we asked lbs to play. It was a bad move as we had already set the ball in motion to play completely differently.Ted and I got into very confusing, frustrating conversations about how he wanted to play his way and I said we just needed to play how we've always played when lbs was on the team. This confusion plus a few good plays from the other team left us in a pretty tuff spot. We would have come back from it during the second half but the careless attitude of Lbs sealed our fate.

The plan is - Have peachie play the matches as he has yet to have a chance and put in some work. Last season I feel our regular season record allowed us to be complacent. Hopefully starting off with a little adversity may prove to be valuable in the post season.

I'll keep ya posted and thanks for your support.
