Area51 Cs Continues Winning Streak In Season 8

Last night Area51.cs played their week four matches in a double header fashion against yadlla and ttb. Going into week four matches on de_inferno Area51.cs looked to extend on their current winning streak of two.

The first match of the night would be against 9th ranked yadlla (2-5), a team that has been really struggling to find their rhythm the past few matches. The Area51.cs team would have the first advantage going into the match as they decided to start on the counter-terrorist side. The entire first half was all Area51.cs as yadlla was only able to scrounge up two rounds and have a combined team average of 62.06 ADR. Going into the second half it seemed like it would be smooth sailing to match point for Area51.cs but yadlla had other plans in mind. The yadlla crew was able to start the second half strong securing a solid five rounds before Area51.cs was able to pick up just one. The match would eventually go in Area51.cs favor as they secured the final two rounds needed for victory with a final match score of 16-9.

The second match of the night was against 7th ranked ttb (3-5), another team that has been struggling in the first half of the season. The first half of the match we would again see Area51.cs choose the counter-terrorist side but this time they had problems finding their rhythm. The first half would go in ttb's favor as they snagged an impressive ten rounds on the terrorist side and had a combined team average of 78.38 ADR. The second half would see Area51.cs statistaclly and score wise destroy ttb as they were able to pick up the eleven rounds needed to win the match. The final score of the match would be 16-12 in favor of Area51.cs.

Going into week five Area51.cs has a four win streak going and currently sits in 2nd place in the league with a 7-1 record behind Team Backfire.
