Area51.cs Arbalet Cup Dallas Coverage
After a hard fought set of games yesterday in the EsportsEA Season 6 LAN Finals Area51.CS was eliminated and took 5th place earning a respectable $800 for their work. As Jame^s said in an earlier post this team was hand picked by Grt and they certainly showed they can hold their own especially with the short amount of time they've had the chance to play with eachother. The chemistry of this team blends so perfectly well they soared through the ranks of ESEA-Invite and earned a high seed going into the tournament. After a set of long overtime rounds, and a devastating loss to EG the team seemed to run out of steam playing Loaded, starting the game off in true professional fashion, but slowly lost momentum as the rounds went on.
Area51.CS is poised and focused on the task ahead of them: The Arbalet Cup Dallas and a shot at piece of that $80,000 prize purse. Going into this Cup the previous games and mistakes are etched in their minds, I'm sure they have discussed what they can do better, and what will work in the future for them, possibly changing their play style to adapt. They have their work cut out for them considering the amount of teams, and the sheer talent of all the teams present for the Arbalet Cup. This will be no walk in the park and we will have to work hard to push our way to the top. We've shown online that we have the talent and know-how to succeed and hang with the best of the best. Grt and his group of talented players will need to let the past and what they can't change stay behind them and focus on the task at hand: Bringing home the gold, with the talent, and chemistry they have even as a young team.
Latest Update: Navi, has won Arbalet Cup Dallas.
