Area51.cs Draws Group 1 for Arbalet Dallas Day 2
With day one of the Arbalet Cup Dallas in the books and only 16 teams remaining the next group stage groups have been drawn. The 16 remaining teams have been placed into four groups each group has two group winners and two runners up placed randomly into them. From these four groups, eight teams will advance to
the final bracket.Area51 has drawn group 1 with the likes of EG, Mousesports, and iDemise. This group should be a real test for Area51 for quite a few reasons. The first reason being that Area51 has really struggled to find their grove and click with each other. The second reason being that while iDemise is a pug they have a roster stalked with players that have tremendous individual talent and if they get things rolling as a cohesive group look out. The most noticeable issue standing in front of Area51 advancing to the finals bracket is EG and Mouseports. Both EG and Mousesports have been on a terror lately as EG has been recently crowned the ESEA-Invite Season 6 champions and Mousesports is the IEM European champions. It will be really interesting to see if Area51 can finally find their groove and play up to their full potential and shush all the critics.
