2011 MLG Season 8 Details Announced
Major League Gaming, via their website, has announced the first
details for their MLG 2011 Pro Circuit. The 2011 Pro Circuit will consist of six Live Competitions across the
US, each featuring three of today's biggest and most competitive titles:
StarCraft 2 for the PC, Halo: Reach for the Xbox 360, and Call of
Duty: Black Ops for the PlayStation 3. MLG has also gone ahead and redesigned the Pro Circuit setup for venues and they will now feature three main stages (one for each title game).With this being MLGs 8th Pro Circuit Season they have announced it will feature more than $1 million in prizes and player stipends, making this the largest season in MLG history to date. The first two stops will take place in Dallas, Texas on April 1st-3rd at the Dallas Convention Center and Columbus, Ohio June 3rd-5th at the Greator Columbus Convention Center.
