Brink - Developer Diaries Posted by prophet on 08/31/2010
    Brink - Endless Horizon is part four in a series of Developer Diaries from Splash Damage's eagerly anticipated game, Brink.   In "Endless Horizon" the Splash Damage team discusses their inspiration for Brink's unique art style and setting.  To me, the game seems like a mix of Team Fortress 2 and Enemy Territory: Quake Wars,  the latter being Splash Damage's last title which was made specifically for PC Multiplayer ( and was later ported to console).

While Brink will be available on all three platforms, the core of Splash Damage are hardcore PC gamers who evolved from the Quake 3 Arena Modding Community and Clan and tournament support for their upcoming shooter Brink is "really high" on developer Slash Damage's agenda, the London studio has said.

"Going forward for clan support and tournament support, it's really high on our agenda. Three or four of our associate producers at the office are all ex-pro clan players; one from Return to Castle Wolfenstein for 4Kings, another from Tribes 1, So they're just completely obsessed with that stuff."

Having played most of Splash Damage's titles, their reputation for supporting the community is also top notch.

Here is a link to the newest Developer Diary - Endless Horizon as well as the previous three diaries;

It'll fail, just like every multilayer game from here until the end of time.

So negative Nick :[ Their last title had a tv client included in the first patch and an SDK in the third.
