Day two of LAN ETS saw the conclusion of the Quake Live tournament. We would like to happily announce that our own Bryan "Gillz" Gilbert has placed first in the tournament! After coming out of the round robin with a number two seed, he faced many difficult opponents during the tournament, but was able to pull through and place first. A show was definitely put on, as the last map of the Grand Finals went into 4 Overtimes!
Below are the results for the bracket play for the tournament. You can download all of the demos from Gillz POV right here.
A big thank you goes to Gillz for winning the tournament, as well as LAN ETS for hosting an amazing event. Big thanks go to Blatrix, a Quake Live player who helped Gillz around the city and gave him a place to stay for the event! Thank you!
