About WCG (World Cyber Games)
The World Cyber Games, or WCG, is the premier international tournament in all of competitive video gaming, otherwise known as eSports. Widely regarded as the "Olympics" of eSports, gamers enter and compete in year-round online and live national qualifying tournaments. These lead to national championships which culminate at the WCG Grand Final global championship where the best in the world compete as individuals and as a national team to earn the World Champion title. The WCG broke registration records in 2008 as 1.5 million gamers from 80 countries participated in the global tournament. The WCG 2009 Grand Final takes place in Chengdu, China in October.

History
Founded in 2000 to promote global harmony through eSports, the WCG has grown steadily ever since. Behind the slogan "Beyond the Game" and with contestants from more than 78 countries expected to participate in this year's event, the WCG has become a true global phenomenon with arguably the largest worldwide prize purse at stake. The World Cyber Games prides itself on leading the "Digital Entertainment Culture." WCG introduced the host city concept in 2002 and some of the world's great cities have responded, playing host to the eSports premiere event, including: Seoul (2003), San Francisco, USA (2004), Singapore (2005), Monza, Italy (2006), Seattle, USA (2007) and Cologne, Germany (2008). This year, the WCG returns to Asia as Chengdu, China plays host to the WCG Grand Final.

Wow, 2 CS teams? Interesting. Maybe that is standard, but I always thought it was only one team/player for each game.
